  在展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),有時(shí)候買家會(huì)問到一些比較“挑剔”的問題,一不小心答不好,客人也許就馬上調(diào)頭走人。

  有一些業(yè)務(wù)員參展經(jīng)驗(yàn)不夠豐富,只會(huì)答"Yes","No",這往往會(huì)成為流失客戶的重要原因。來(lái)看下針對(duì)這類問題我們可以如何巧妙地回應(yīng)呢?

  產(chǎn)品價(jià)格

  來(lái)展會(huì)上逛展的老客戶,表示市場(chǎng)環(huán)境不好,要求給與支持:Market very low in USA,現(xiàn)在歐美市場(chǎng)不太好,這個(gè)產(chǎn)品關(guān)稅很高,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)很大,同行的價(jià)格都很低,希望給與支持。

  應(yīng)對(duì)方法:

  我也聽說現(xiàn)在歐美市場(chǎng)不太好。但是想必您也從其他供應(yīng)商那里得知了,原材料最近上漲很多,我們產(chǎn)能下降很多。希望你能了解到我們處境同樣不容易,所以希望你能接受我們這個(gè)價(jià)格。

  I also heard about the bad situation in European American market. However, you must have got information from other suppliers that the price for raw materials has increased a lot recently. At present, a great decrease in our productivity. I hope that you can understand that our situation is not easy, so I hope you can accept our price.

  有的買家會(huì)提出一個(gè)試探性的問題,I've got a better price from another supplier.我們?cè)谄渌?yīng)商那里獲得了一個(gè)更好的價(jià)格。

  應(yīng)對(duì)方法:

  我們也有一些更便宜的同款的產(chǎn)品,但是質(zhì)量肯定比我推薦給你的要差很多,請(qǐng)考慮一下,我們可以給您提供不同質(zhì)量等級(jí)的產(chǎn)品,但是價(jià)格低的產(chǎn)品損耗更大,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也很大。
